Cancellation Policy

During your free trial

Your trial is completely free. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will never be charged — there's no card required to start a trial, and no cancellation fee.

After you subscribe to a paid plan

Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, a different rule applies:

Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals, but does not refund the current paid period. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle you've already paid for, you keep access until the end of that cycle, but the amount already paid for it is not refunded or credited.

This is a zero-refund policy for the period already paid — there are no partial refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for early cancellation of a paid billing cycle.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from your workspace's Billing settings, or ask us through your workspace's support ticket system. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you won't be billed for the next renewal.

Unpaid renewal invoices

If a renewal invoice goes unpaid past its due date, your workspace is marked past due, and will be suspended if it remains unpaid past the grace period shown on the invoice. This is separate from a voluntary cancellation and is not eligible for a refund of any prior period, since none is owed in this case.
