ContentVeda ("we", "us", "our") provides a content management platform for building and operating websites and apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.

1. What we collect

Account & workspace data — your name, email, workspace name, and billing details (billing address, tax ID, billing email) you provide when you sign up or configure billing.
Content you create — pages, media, and other content you or your team publish through your workspace.
Usage data — API request logs, login activity, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the platform.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe). We never store your card details ourselves.

2. How we use it

To operate your workspace and deliver the service you signed up for.
To bill you — including generating invoices and sending renewal notices ahead of each billing cycle.
To respond to support requests you raise with us.
To secure the platform (fraud prevention, abuse detection).

3. Sharing

We share data only with the processors necessary to run the service: payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) for billing, and infrastructure providers for hosting. We do not sell your data.

4. Your content

Content you publish through your workspace remains yours. We process it only as needed to render and serve your site.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your workspace is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes (e.g. invoice records).
