These terms govern your use of ContentVeda's content management platform. By creating a workspace, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up, including for billing purposes.

2. Trial period

New workspaces start with a free trial (the length is shown at signup). During the trial, you can use the platform and pick a subscription plan at any time — no charge applies until you subscribe to a paid plan. See our Cancellation Policy for what happens at the end of the trial and after converting to a paid plan.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Once you subscribe to a plan, we generate and email a renewal invoice ahead of each billing cycle. You can pay it from the emailed link or from your workspace's Billing settings.
• Prices are shown at checkout and, once you've subscribed, your price is locked in — a later change to that plan's list price doesn't affect what you're charged for the plan you're already on.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe, depending on your billing country. We never see or store your card details.
• An unpaid renewal invoice may result in your workspace being marked past due, and eventually suspended, if it remains unpaid past the grace period shown on your invoice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through your workspace. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Support

Support is available through your workspace's support ticket system.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your workspace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
